Sara Wahnish

As an Actor/Filmmaker based in New York (though I've lived all over the country), I work on developing stories that speak to the heart of real life and real characters. Along with my language and accent skills, I specialize in improv, character and voiceover work.

 

When I've not been busy making my own short films, I've studied Contemporary Drama at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (RADA) in London, with Terry Schreiber of the T.Schreiber Studio, and with Maggie Flannigan of the Maggie Flannigan Studio. I am also a proud graduate of the NYU Kanbar Institute of Film and Television.

In my spare time I have fulfilled one lifelong prophecy made by my mother by having portrayed an inmate on Orange is the New Black, and looking for whatever else I could check off that list.
